The generous one — our largest room, with a little extra space to stretch out and settle in, wrapped in the same stone-and-beam charm as the rest of the house.
Quiet Corner
Room Three
Room One's quieter twin, one floor up. Same layout, same comfort, a calmer corner of the Old Town to come home to.
Top Floor Charm
Room Four
Top of the house, top of the charm. Same easy comfort as Rooms One and Three, with a cosy attic feel that's entirely its own.
Attic Suite
The square below. The sea ahead. Silence above. Our newest suite is being prepared on the top floor, with sea views and 40 m² to stretch out in.

How does check-in work?
Check-in is flexible and self-service any time of day, but we also welcome every guest in person at our ground-floor reception whenever we can.
How do I get from the car park to the villa?
The Old Town's streets are narrow and car-free, so we offer a golf cart transfer to help you and your luggage get to the door easily.
Do all rooms have a kitchen?
Yes — every room at Villa Duketis, including the upcoming Attic Suite, includes its own kitchen.
How many guests can each room host?
Each of our four rooms is set up for 2 guests, with one double bed.
Will I get help planning my stay?
Yes — every guest receives a pre-arrival Welcome Guide from us with our own local recommendations before they even arrive.
