Parking

Villa Duketis is located in the very centre of Rovinj, within a protected pedestrian zone, so access by car is not possible. Please use one of the nearby public parking areas below.

Option 1 — Closest main city parking (~5 min walk) April / May / October: €2/hour · June–September: €3.50/hour

Tip: you can first park briefly (up to 1 hour) at the closest city parking to check in and drop off luggage, then move your car to Zone 4 for longer parking.

Golf cart transfer: if you'd rather not carry your luggage from the parking area, we can arrange a transfer by golf cart — the only vehicle type allowed inside the protected pedestrian zone — from any location to the apartment for €15 one way.

Breakfast

Guests who have booked accommodation with breakfast included will find their breakfast vouchers waiting on the table in their room upon arrival. Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM, buffet-style with additional choices from the Mediterranean menu, at Balbi Restaurant — just a 30-second walk from the villa.

Good to Know

Reservation: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. Within 7 days, the total amount is charged.
Advance payment: Full amount charged at least 7 days before arrival.
Payment methods: Cash, bank transfer, PayPal.

Languages spoken: Italian, Croatian, English.
Amenities: Free WiFi, room service, kitchenette with fridge and stovetop, LCD TV with satellite channels, coffee maker. Limited housekeeping available.
Airport shuttle: Available on request (surcharge).
